Delivery and Returns
Delivery
- After the sales contract takes effect, the online store completes the order and hands it over to the postal service provider of the Consumer’s choice for delivery.
- Delivery time dependingly on 4-14 working days.
- The delivery terms indicated on the online store’s website are valid from the moment the order payment is received in the online store’s bank account.
- In order to deliver without delay, one must be diligent and true and valid data must be provided when entering the delivery data when placing the order.
- The online store nobi.ee is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the goods if the goods have been handed over to the postal service provider on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond the online store’s control.
- Delivery time depends on the location where the goods are sent. It may take longer due to objective reasons (changes in flight schedules, weather conditions, traffic situation, etc.)
Returns
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can return any product for up to 14 days from the date you received it. We do not cover returns shipping costs.
- If you want to return the product(s) you purchased, please send us an email at info@nobi.ee and name it “return” in subject. Include your order number and clearly state the item(s) you want to return. Please do not send your purchase back if you haven’t contact our customer support team.
- Return instructions will be provided during the return process.
